For all your prayers / dances.
We had 22mm on Wednesday, and 9 mm the next day - 31mm in total.
Whoo Hoo!!
Sunset on Tuesday night - a prelude to the rain ahead. |
That resulted in our water tanks filling half way - we can breathe easier again :).
I'm so glad to hear it! You were on my mind when I sent out good weather wishes yesterday :)
ReplyDeleteBless you Quinn :)
DeleteCan I stop dancing now?

Thanks Mum - it worked. May have to call on your dancing skills in the future - but for now you can rest :)
DeleteVery, very welcome rain :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning pic. And glad you got some rain!
ReplyDeleteSue - apologies for the delay in replying - we're being hit by load shedding (power blackouts) thanks to our power producer not maintaining their infrastructure / making sufficient forward thinking plans :(
DeleteI loved the pic too :)
That is wonderful news!!!
ReplyDelete1st Man - T'is indeed :)
DeleteGlad all the prancing around had some effect :} Seriously, half full tanks are great, hope it's not too long before they are completely full.
ReplyDeleteJayne - May your hopes be fulfilled... :)
DeleteIt's good that you got some of the rain you needed. I hope it keeps coming and you get all topped off out there.
ReplyDeleteHarry - Having the security of full tanks would be a great relief. But, mustn't grumble - at least we had some rain...
DeleteDani, that's wonderful news! I hope you're able to report full tanks soon!
ReplyDeleteLeigh - That would be wonderful :)
DeleteYay! Happy for you and your place. :)
ReplyDeleteBill - That water is long gone LOL The parched earth just swallowed it up without even noticing.
