Given the state of the world's economy, I have tried to keep it affordable - but please bear in mind I have given approximately 240 (shoulder / neck-hurting) hours to deciphering my food-splattered scrawls and typing out these recipes. Cooking time involved - I have no idea!
I am offering the recipes at ZAR16.56 / category (at an average of over 21 recipes / category (and at today's exchange rate of roughly US$2.40 or €I.69 / category) that works out to roughly ZAR0.79 (US$0.11 / €0.08) per recipe. It could get better for you, or it could get worse - depending on how the ZAR performs J
I have separated the sections, because I am aware I have some fellow Vegetarians out there, whom I know, and understand, would not be interested in getting meat recipes. Included with each recipe purchased I will send you the "Introduction to Solar Cooking.pdf"
