Moonlight starbright
As I was closing the curtains on Saturday night I saw this just peeping above the tree tops...
Apparently, it is Venus and the crescent Moon and they are shining through the twilight in beautiful conjunction, less than 10° apart (http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/266671-Go-out-and-look-at-the-moon-right-now!)
A crystal clear night sky - with a view forever. I hope I never take that for granted.

Hi Dani, I'm dilly about amateur astronomy and am inspired by your (and your son's) photos of the moon. One day soon I look forward to letting my telescope loose on the clear skies of Rietkuil. Regards, Rogan.
